As many readers will know, we have recently undertaken a series of interviews with prospective tenants.

We have chosen our preferred team, and we are working with them towards a formal tenancy agreement.

We are confident that this team will bring the Kings Arms back to life on a sustainable basis, and thus safeguard our shareholders’ investment.

We are very excited at the prospect of working with them to re-open the pub.

For reasons of commercial confidentiality, we cannot reveal more at this stage, but we will do so as soon as possible.
