Update on Pub Purchase

We are aware that we have not communicated with our members and the wider public for a little while although as always we have been very busy with the business of acquiring the pub since we reached our funding target at the end of June.   Solicitors are beavering away, renovation plans are being developed further and we have just received back the structural survey.  The latter has, not unexpectedly, raised a few issues which we are dealing with in conjunction with the owners.  We are still on track to acquire the pub this autumn and will update you further as we approach exchange and completion.

Investor share certificates are in final form and should be sent out shortly.

Meanwhile the share offer remains open and will close no later than 30 September so if you wish to purchase more please get in touch and if you are aware of anyone who wishes to buy shares please tell them!
