Resolutions & Voting Reminder for Shareholders

Thank you to all those members and shareholders who have already completed and returned their Management Committee Voting papers and AMM Resolutions forms.

If you haven’t returned yours yet, please do so by 22nd January 2021.

AMM Zoom Meeting

Rather than try to conduct the elections and resolution voting at a virtual meeting, we have conducted those parts of the AMM in advance. All members and shareholders have been sent the appropriate documentation to exercise their votes, and should return their completed forms to the office by 22nd January.

The Zoom meeting will announce the results of the voting, and briefly cover some points raised to us by shareholders, and will allow shareholders to ask questions of the Committee.

The Zoom meeting will take place at 7pm on Thursday 11th February 2021.

Entry is by invitation only, so if you wish to join the meeting, please email contact@scpl.org.uk to receive an invitation.

We will also inform all members and shareholders of the AMM voting results via email or post.
